Delete Your Account in the SoundStage App
You can request deletion of your SoundStage account from the in-app Delete Account flow. Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to the account and the profile associated with it.
Before continuing, make sure you have saved anything you want to keep and completed any available data-download request you want to make.
If You Cannot Access the App
If you no longer have access to the SoundStage app, you may request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your SoundStage account.
Use the subject SoundStage Account Deletion Request. SoundStage may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
What Deletion Does
When your deletion request is completed:
- You will no longer be able to sign in to the deleted account.
- Your public profile will no longer be available as an active SoundStage profile.
- Fan relationships such as follows, lineup selections, and other account-specific preferences may be removed or de-linked.
- Artist drafts and published content associated with the account may be removed from public availability, subject to legal, safety, rights, dispute, and technical retention requirements.
- Some comments, messages, reports, audit records, copyright records, or safety records may be retained, de-identified, or preserved when reasonably necessary to protect other users, maintain conversation integrity, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
Deletion does not require SoundStage to erase information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.
Identity Verification
For security, SoundStage may require you to reauthenticate or complete another identity-verification step before accepting or completing deletion.
Final Warning
This action cannot be undone after deletion is completed.
